श्रेष्ठलाई लागेका बिभिन्न दुव्र्यवहारका आरोपबारे थप कुनै अनुसन्धान नभएको काठमाडौं प्रहरी परिषरका एसएसपी रमेश खरेलले जानकारी दिए । 'हालसम्म बालकल्याण समिति र जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयले हेरिरहेको छ,' उनले भने, 'प्रहरीलाई अनुसन्धान गरिदिनुस भनेर कसैले औपचारिक आग्रह गरेको छैन, त्यसैले हालसम्म घटनाबारे केही अनुसन्धान अघि बढाएका छैनौं ।' उनका अनुसार समितिले प्रहरीलाई अनुसन्धान गर्न भनेपछि मात्रै अनुसन्धान अघि बढाउँछौं ।
