Hello Sajha friends, I need a sealed envelope of transcripts from HSEB. Do any of you have an information on how to get one? Does HSEB provide this service even if I am not in Nepal?

Helpful replies would be appreciated.

Never heard of it . you can just copy yours and notarize it.

Yes HSEB provides attestation service even if you are not in Nepal but they will need your original transcripts. Your family/friends can take original transcript and its photocopies to HSEB board in person, pay the fee and get sealed attested photocopies.
