I am going to sublet one bed room (furnished) for June and July. This is a three bed room apartment with two full bathrooms and one huge living room. It is a private house and is very new.  The apartment is available for only one person. You will be with two other people in the apartment. They are very nice and friendly. It is very close to Subway, library, Queens Mall and other stores. The rent is 800 dollars per month including utilities.
