You can go join master in nepal, finish a year and then apply,
Or you can try transfering  credit to undergraduate course and then graduate sooner, with undergrad in USA.
I really dont know what school has this provision but I am pretty there is one out there..

I have heard people doing in Oklahoma or Alabama

Fat beast is correct.  Findlay accepts 3 years degree however in future if you decide to apply greencrad on EB2, USCIS won't accept the 3 years degree from Nepal even though you completed Masters degree from US.  Just a FYI..

It might differ by case than.  One of my cousin completed his MS(2 years) from Findlay.  He came with 3 years of Bachelor degree from Nepal.  After graduation he got job offer and his employer filed his case on EB2.  During the audit process they asked all his transcripts and his case was denied because of his 3 years BS degree from Nepal.  His lawyer suggested him of completing 1 year Bachelor course, which he did and after that his EB2 was approved.
