Arrived in US: 2009 Jan
Graduated_2010 Dec  
Work & OPT start: Feb 2011
H1B starts: Oct 2011, already got stamped from KTM embassy


Tax filed
2010 Jan: 1040 (which is not legal)
2011 Jan:: Same as 2010

Now I'm wondering how should I file my tax.  Do I Qualify for "SUBSTANTIAL TEST" for reseident status? I want to go for Green card by the end of 2013 ... what form should I use? Does my previous record affect my application for Green card for future?

Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks.
