I have been at Rockville, MD since last August, lived in a town house for two weeks with two other folks (non-Nepalese) in Gaithersburg. Then had to move out because of cat allergy that was in the house before I joined them. I heard the same as you- there are hundreds of nepalese if not thousands in the area-between Bethesda and Gaithersburg. I found few Nepalese in Montgomery Mall- so I go there almost every weekdays to talk them. 

Rockville, Bethesda are really nice- U can find hundreds of restaurant with different ethnic foods. If you like, we can meet up for a coffee and talk more. I can be reached at epid08@gmail.com- feel free to drop few lines.
